At Hollies Haberdashery, we want you to be delighted with your home decor and craft supplies. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Pack with Care

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and delicate home goods are sufficiently padded for transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our workshop inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
